Please email us at furryanimallady@yahoo.com or fax us at 954-436-9195 or call us toll free at 1-888-FUR-N-FUN with your name and title, store name, address, and daytime phone number.  As of this year we are unable to send catalogs without a copy of your sales tax I.D. number which can be faxed or emailed to us.  Once an order is given a W-9 Form must be signed and completed.  We will be glad to send you our lastest catalog and wholesale price list.  Not all items on our website are for sale to our wholesalers such as the resin/alabaster figurines without fur and the limited editions pieces made with alabaster.  In addition the plush animals are also not available.
